Bona Fide Brewing Company, LLC is a small Goleta, California-based outfit that specializes in nitro-infused coffee and tea. It has developed a proprietary Craft Draft process that preps beverages in advance and stores them in sanitary Sanke kegs, aiming to preserve each product’s flavor profile. The approach is designed to provide extended shelf life and efficient dispensing, with 90 days of refrigerated stability and 30 days at ambient temperature, and uses organic ingredients, pure water, and nitrogen gas without artificial preservatives or stabilizers. 

 The company targets high-volume food service and venue settings—including sports and entertainment venues, airports and other transportation facilities, colleges and universities, coffee shops, hotels, healthcare facilities, and offices—with a nitro coffee and tea solution. The dispensing system is intended to reduce on-site preparation labor and the potential for mistakes at service points. In its history, the company launched kegged nitro coffee in 2016 and has continued to develop its Craft Draft offering.
