We have a proven track record of success developing and implementing our independent, proactive solutions at groundwater-contaminated sites with complex remediation, risk, fate and transport modeling, and water supply issues. As a subject-matter-expert, our Principal Consultant, Frank Breen, has consistently been able to work independently avoiding a traditional, typical "institutional environmental consulting firm" approach. His extensive network of highly regarded professional consultants, real estate property managers, and insurance firms, allows Breen GeoScience Management, Inc. to effectively contribute to a wide range of project and client needs by providing an independent, focused, solution-oriented, innovative project management approach. Projects conducted by Frank Breen, range from groundwater fate and transport modelling supporting risk assessment and remediation at Superfund Sites as well as State Regulated Risk Based Corrective Action to Canadian Provincial Brownfields Sites to municipal and regional source water protection, mining, water supply, and site development.
