We have a proven track record of success developing and implementing our independent, proactive solutions at groundwater-contaminated sites with complex remediation, risk, fate and transport modeling, and water supply issues. 

As a subject-matter-expert, our Principal Consultant, Frank Breen, has consistently been able to work independently avoiding a traditional, typical "institutional environmental consulting firm" approach. This has allowed him to work as the primary consultant, or to supplement existing project teams, and to provide outside QA/QC peer review services. 

His extensive network of highly regarded professional consultants, real estate property managers, and insurance firms, allows Breen GeoScience Management, Inc. to effectively contribute to a wide range of project and client needs by providing an independent, focused, solution-oriented, innovative project management approach.

Projects conducted by Frank Breen, range from groundwater fate and transport modelling supporting risk assessment and remediation at Superfund Sites as well as State Regulated Risk Based Corrective Action to Canadian Provincial Brownfields Sites to municipal and regional source water protection, mining, water supply, and site development.

Breen GeoScience Management, Inc. has conducted projects throughout the continental United States and Canada. Frank Breen, CPG is licensed in numerous states as well as a number of Canadian Provinces including Texas, Indiana, Iowa, Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
Frank Breen frequently works in a peer review capacity for a number of large industrial clients providing recommendations and reviews of consultants work at their facilities. As an expert witness, he also provides litigation support and opinions for environmental insurance claim resolutions.
