Boutique Firm Small scale operation with full spectrum software consulting capabilities presents an opportunity to position as a specialized, high-touch partner for small businesses needing architecture, Agile process implementation, and security reviews.

Full Service Offers end-to-end services from software development and architecture to lifecycle process consulting and PCI DSS review, enabling cross-sell of governance, security, and compliance offerings.

Cloud Stack Active use of AWS and Google Workspace indicates readiness to engage in cloud-native development, hosting, and collaboration enhancements for clients migrating to or optimizing cloud environments.

Low footprint Team size is solo to small, which suggests a need for strategic alliances or project-based partnerships to handle larger engagements and scale quickly for mid-market opportunities.

Competitive Position Operating in a space with large, established players signals an opportunity to target niche verticals, emphasize agile delivery, security expertise, and tailored Atlassian-based optimization to win smaller deals.
