In 1998 after successfully developing, owning and managing numerous Sacramento area executive suites and business centers, BC’s principals very successfully packaged and sold their Sacramento operations to a national operator. After completing a 3 year employment and non-compete commitment, BC’s principals chose to re-start their operation in Sacramento.

Business Central has developed a proven model for optimizing the value of well-located 40,000 to 60,000 square foot commercial office buildings.

The Business Central model is a hybrid of executive suites and traditional office space.   Unlike “executive suites”, Business Central provides a long term office solution with scalable office space up to 2500 square feet.
