As the youngest active dive vessels in the Gulf of Mexico, we strive to safely deliver service with fervent integrity and determination. We started from the ground up, perfecting our customer service and acquiring top-of-the-line equipment.

It all began with three guys working out of a marsh. Now, we are one of the largest dive companies on the Gulf Coast, with over 100 divers/tenders ready to go on your project. Our dive support vessels are the newest in the business, providing safe, cost-efficient surface and saturation diving. We treat our employees like family and our customers even better! In the worst downturn the Oil & Gas Industry has ever seen, C-Dive is growing.

Unique to the industry, CEES is ready to meet your needs with three locations on the Intracoastal Canal. Our corporate headquarters at 1711 Dunn Street in Houma, LA provide 300’ of waterfront. Along with the East Yard (4.5 acres & 500’ of waterfront) at 1011 Saadi Street, Houma LA and Fabrication Yard (12 Acres & 1,100’ of waterfront) at 50 Concord Road, Houma, LA, CEES has ample room and dock space to safely and efficiently plan and execute your project. Additionally, we own three cranes that are 70, 35, and 15 tons respectively. There is no question that we have what it takes to serve you in the most cost-efficient way possible.

In 2023, we rebranded as Champagne Energy and Environmental Solutions (CEES) as our services began to extend beyond sub-sea and diving solutions. As we venture into renewable energy efforts, our team is expanding quickly to provide the #1 construction services in the energy and renewable sectors.
