Cako is a community of fun loving food artists. Our goal is to spread a few more smiles each day with our delicious and innovative delicacies. Our pastry chefs come from an extensive background in fine dining restaurants and bakeries around the Bay Area. Our humble beginnings consist of a couple chefs, creating and exploring different pastries during their off hours in their restaurant, eventually leading to the opening of our first store in Union Square in 2009. Since then, we have opened 7 locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We believe that great bakery products should be available to everyone and not confined to restaurants. Whether our recipes are from memories of grandma's cookbook, from the brains of our fine chefs, or even from our customers, our main goal is to bring crafted smiles to as many places and people as we can. Cako is your community too!
