Working with multi-family is a specialty, because we own and manage our own and other people properties.  Having first hand experience with these types of properties helps me with know what my clients needs are and help them know what they can expect when they get involved in this type of investment.  

The company was founded in 2008 with the idea of getting back to the basics of real estate brokerage and management.  We would like our emphasis to be on our clients and their needs, not on running a large brokerage house.  Our goal is to use our established professional contacts and experience to develop and retain client confidence.
