Our mission is to lift working adults in Central Texas out of poverty and into living wage careers through education. We connecting committed, yet underemployed people to employers in need of highly-skilled workers. With more than a fifteen years of experience, our innovative program provides the financial and emotional support that non-traditional adult students need to succeed in college and ultimately reach self sufficiency. Since 1998, Capital IDEA has helped nearly 1,200 low-income adults in Central Texas transform their lives.
