CareerWise New York is a youth apprenticeship system based in New York City that offers a three-year applied-learning environment for high school students and an innovative talent-acquisition strategy for businesses. With apprenticeship, students earn debt-free college credit and nationally-recognized industry certificates through their meaningful work experience in fields such as IT, financial services, and business operations… all while graduating on-time. 

CareerWise New York is an employer-led, student-focused collaboration supported by CareerWise Colorado and incubated by HERE to HERE, a Bronx-based organization working to ensure young people have access to opportunity and employers have the talent they need to thrive.

Now affiliated with the New York Jobs CEO Council, working to expand apprenticeship across New York City. Together, the New York Jobs CEO Council, CareerWise New York, and HERE to HERE will work to reimagine youth talent development in The Bronx and New York City. Our vision is a thriving, inclusive economy, driven by meaningful partnerships between young people and employers.
