Founded in 1947, Cattaneo Bros jerky and sausages are staples of California's central coast. As a family owned and operated company, Cattaneo Bros. is rooted in tradition. Despite the ever changing trends in the food industry, Cattaneo Bros. has stuck to its family recipes and methods,  always using premium cuts of beef (top rounds specifically) to be sliced, marinated and hung to dry in authentic smokehouse ovens.
