Our Code Enforcement officers have years of experience providing accurate analysis and documentation in a timely fashion. CC&I provides thorough inspections and quality consultation for residential and commercial properties. Also, in South Carolina CC&I offers services as a Chapter One inspection firm for the Office of School Facilities and Office of the State Engineer.
