Returning from World War II and eager to start a new life, Clint John launched a home construction business in Vancouver in 1947.

Over the years, C.E. John expanded its services into commercial real estate projects including grocery and drug store anchored shopping centers, regional mall and lifestyle centers and urban retail. C.E. John is now a third-generation company with clients large and small across the Pacific Northwest region.

C.E. John has continued to grow and expand its development capabilities which now include sustainable mixed-use projects, retail, office and industrial product, along with property management services and commercial construction. We build and own for the long-term.
