Properties participating in affordable housing programs (e.g. LIHTC, HOME) possess additional layers of intricacy when it comes to management. To ensure compliance with these regulations, our corporate office maintains a separate department solely dedicated to monitoring these programs and reporting requirements, approving qualified households, and ensuring that each property is meeting the commitments made.
