Since 1996, Chipster Properties and its affiliates have steadily grown the portfolio by both acquisition and appreciation of value. Holdings have included high-rise and garden style apartments as well as pedestrian oriented commercial properties. We invest in areas where people live, work and play in the same urban environment.
