Founded in 2009, CieloIT was established in 2017 as a Managed Services Provider (MSP) specializing in Cloud IP technology solutions for business (SaaS, CaaS, PaaS, IaaS, WaaS, and Smart Digital Signage).  CieloIT owns its own VOIP platform (CieloVoice) and PINK Verify certified service desk software platform (CieloDesk).  CieloIT specializes in Internet of Things (IOT) rapid development and prototyping of custom managed cloud hardware and software (CieloWare) through our CieloLabs "BlueKit"​.

CieloIT also provides business process automation and IP technology, security and surveillance systems integration & monitoring, consulting, staging, deployment, training, maintenance, field service management and project management through our own multi-lingual call center (English, Spanish, German, Portuguese), and ITIL certified help desk.
