CIS Internet is a regionally recognized Internet Marketing Professional & Web Design firm located in West Virginia.  CIS has been a part of the internet market since 1997 and has been developing web based solutions for clients in West Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Illinois.

The key to the CIS plan is "PEOPLE". We believe ideas and relationships blossom when there are "face-to-face", personal meetings while planning and maintaining a dynamic Internet Presence. We actively manage the Internet Presence for the business in order to keep it fresh and current.

In 2000, CIS created the first "County Web Portal" in West Virginia - www.putnamcounty.org. The project brought together government, business, and county non-profit resources. The site is currently in its 4th revision. In 2002, CIS developed a "Chemical Railcar Safety Resource" which is still used nationwide. In 2006, CIS launched a multi-line Internet Marketing site for an auto dealership - www.joeholland.com. The project was recognized by industry leaders nationwide. Today the site is in its 2nd revision and being integrated into the ADP/Cobalt dealership system.
