We believe that wind and solar farms offer an excellent cash flow opportunity to investors in the alternative energy arena. We believe that our team is uniquely positioned to purchase approximately 800 acres of land available in prime wind and solar areas in California and other areas. One of the areas, the Tehachapi Wind Resource Area, (TWRA) is the largest wind farm area in The United States.  It is located approximately 60 miles north of greater Los Angeles.  The TWRA has modern power infrastructure, high wind, inexpensive land, and is already designated for wind and solar development by Kern County.  We also invest in acreage in other areas that are optimal for wind or solar development.
