We are a fair, responsible and people focused credit union, providing a wide range of ethical financial products and services throughout Leicestershire, Rutland & Northamptonshire.

Clockwise is about joining together as a community to provide financial services to everyone no matter what their circumstances. How it works is very simple. Members deposit savings and we use those savings to lend to other members. We charge a competitive interest rate on these loans and any surplus we give back to our members as interest. So the members are the shareholders and they can be sure there are no fat cats profiting from their investments. Clockwise is proud to be part of the credit union community with over a million UK members. We have been established since 1992, are members of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and Financial Ombudsman so you can be assured that your money is completely safe.

Clockwise Credit Union is both proud and delighted that its CEO, Teresa Manning, has been made an MBE in the 2020 New Year’s Honours list for ‘services to financial inclusion, to the Credit Union movement and the community of Leicestershire.’
