Founded in 2020 by Susmitha Lakkakula, CloudTailor is India's leading personalised fashion and tailoring service for women. We are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform for women, men, children and special needs, that puts fashion and tailoring solutions at their fingertips.

Over 3,80,000 orders delivered in India, the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Dubai have trusted us with their fashion needs.

Business Model: We use a Phygital model to run our business. Our omnichannel business strategy includes-
1. An app or website where customers can directly place orders with us using any of our digital channels
2. Exclusive Branded Outlets where customers can also visit our physical experience centres and talk to our fashion designers.
3. The SiS model, in which we work with larger retailers and set up kiosks to offer tailoring services at the stores.
4. Fabric partnerships, where we work together with smaller fabric stores to offer tailoring services to them and their customers.
