CMF Leadership Consulting is a private consulting company focused in providing behavior-based leadership best practices. The "CMF" stands for "Clear, Meaningful, Focused" and it is also our mission to provide clear, meaningful and focused leadership consulting and training to our clients. We measure your leadership success through levels of motivation, satisfaction, and performance, which ultimately reflects in your bottom line profits. Our company grew out of a passion for leadership training and experience providing training courses while working in law enforcement. We grew into developing a company to address leadership, unfortunately due to a lack of leadership training available. We saw the need and we are attempting to do something about it. (Isn't that what leaders do anyway?) Chris and Craig have been involved in leadership training since 2006 and have trained thousands of public and private personnel from agencies and organizations throughout the United States. Together they have over 30 years experience in training. We provide customized leadership training classes. Based on the needs of the organization, we will create a training to address those needs and help the organization continue to apply the lessons learned through monthly Supervisor Training Bulletins.
