Our majority shareholder CNP Assurances S.A. is France's leading provider of life insurance and term creditor insurance, and the fourth largest insurance company in Brazil. Our other joint venture partner is Banco Santander S.A. which is one of the world's top 10 banking groups.
We are an international insurance company based in Dublin and trading cross-border in to mainland Europe. Our products are made exclusively for the customers of Santander Consumer Finance and are distributed in 11 European countries.
