We are based out of Centennial, Colorado and have been in business for over 40 years. We at Coaching Systems specialize in the creation, production, marketing, and selling of driver safety training programs. We offer these programs in both classroom and self-instruction online formats. Our Coaching Series programs have seen a lot of success. We have gained acceptance as one of the standards for vehicle-specific training and our programs have been recommended for years by safety and risk management professionals nationwide.

When it comes to the tools we use for success, we focus on a coaching method rather than a teaching method for content presentation/delivery. The main difference between coaching and teaching is that coaching is a multi-dimensional, cyclical activity that aims to bring out a particular aspect from the subject who is being coached, where teaching is more of a straight line, step-by-step approach consisting mostly of one-way communication.

We believe that the coaching method is far more beneficial because it allows individuals to participate in a discussion/open communication environment rather than being lectured to. All driver training programs at Coaching Systems focus on the highly efficient coaching approach of non-lecture.
