 * Facilitate assessing square footage by department for appropriate charge-backs and establish workspace standards. 
* Assemble outline specs for turnkey budgeting
 * Value engineer with the contractors to meet budgets
 * Work on schedule and in budget
 *Are incredibly detailed for the architectural construction documents we generate, stamped for permit, with MEP's
 * Provide on-site construction services to assure that all work is being done to specifications.
 * Assemble FF&E-Specification packages for furniture and finishes; establish furnishes standards for budgeting and aethetics.
 * Develop signage/wayfinding programs
 * Develop artwork programs.
