Small Firm Opportunity Communita Design is a very small architecture and planning firm (2-10 employees) which may require scalable, cost-effective design and collaboration tools, cloud-based project management, and flexible pricing that fits a lean operation.

Tech Stack Match Their current technology stack includes WordPress, MySQL, Microsoft 365, and front-end libraries like Bootstrap, Hammer.js, and Isotope, signaling potential interest in lightweight, low-overhead SaaS solutions, CMS enhancements, and secure, collaborative platforms that integrate with Microsoft 365.

Revenue Guardrails With revenue under $1M, they are likely prioritizing ROI-driven purchases, value-based proposals, and phased engagements or pilots that minimize risk while demonstrating clear cost savings or productivity gains.

Competitive Footprint As a small player in a field with established firms, they may seek distinctive branding, marketing support, and scalable design workflows that help them compete for larger projects against firms like Fuseproject or Pentagram on a value-for-money basis.

Growth Potential There may be opportunities to upsell integrated design collaboration tools, project management, and client-access portals as they grow, plus services around sustainability documentation, regulatory compliance, and scalable client storytelling to attract bigger clients.
