Completel is a French telecommunications operator focused on FTTO (fiber to the office) delivered exclusively to businesses and part of the Numericable-Completel group. Founded in 1988, Completel owns France's first alternative high-speed access network with a 100 Gb/s core and fiber coverage in more than 80 urban areas. It also operates its own national DSL unbundled network. The company specializes in networks, security, hosting and cloud, and telephony and convergence, serving large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, the public sector, operators and service providers. The network includes three national data centers in Île-de-France, Normandy and the Rhône to provide high-availability infrastructure, and the company employs over 700 people, with more than 7,500 fiber-connected sites and over 5,000 large enterprise clients and 8,000 SMEs, plus 12 ministries and more than 180 partners and resellers.
