Completel is a French telecommunications operator focused on FTTO (fiber to the office) delivered exclusively to businesses and part of the Numericable-Completel group. Founded in 1988, Completel owns France's first alternative high-speed access network with a 100 Gb/s core and fiber coverage in more than 80 urban areas. It also operates its own national DSL unbundled network. The company specializes in networks, security, hosting and cloud, and telephony and convergence, serving large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, the public sector, operators and service providers.
