Principals of the firm formed Consensus Planning after many years of professional work in both the public and private sectors ranging from positions as a County Planning Director, and as City and State planners to Associates in other private consulting firms.  This diverse background enables the firm to apply years of experience and familiarity with a wide range of projects in satisfying the unique needs of today's clients. Since its inception, the firm has remained innovative and creative while basing work on a solid foundation of experience gained from successfully implemented plans.

The staff of Consensus Planning, Inc. has successfully completed planning and landscape architectural projects ranging from small residential design to large-scale master planning projects, including recreational plans, office and commercial developments, environmental studies, urban design elements, strategic plans, location studies, area plans, and mixed use developments.  The firm has experience with projects throughout the Southwest, including management of large projects involving coordination with numerous agencies, user groups, and other consultants.  Through detailed project management reports and scheduling, the firm always completes projects on time and within budget.
