Family-owned and operated for 30 years, Contact One emphasizes the personal nature of each customer interaction even as we employ every new efficiency to hold down costs for our clients. We hire only good people and help them become the best in the business. It pays off in long-term client satisfaction; reliable, motivated agents; and national recognition for quality.

Founder and CEO Judy Wood oversees company growth and development, quality maintenance, and marketing and sales projects. 

Son Jeff Wood is President and daughter Jennifer Hoffman is Chief Financial Officer.  Jeff evaluates new technology applications for the company and provides general oversight for programming, reporting, network and system issues.

Daughter Jennifer is responsible for employee compliance with company policies and standards. She also works closely with clients and their quarterly reviews to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
