Crowded Castle Brewing Company is committed to crafting deliciously unique beers for those whose pallet seeks a royal beer experience. Our specialities include India Pales Ales (IPAs), ales, porters and stouts. Like many in our industry, our beginnings were in a kitchen. Yes. A good'ol kitchen. And the home where we brewed, we affectionately called "the Castle".

But in our Castle's kitchen, there weren't two or three or four or five brewers. Oh knights of the round table, there were 10 of us! This made for a very "Crowded Castle".

After three wonderful years of brewing at the Castle, we decided to take our operation to the next level.
