Custom Surface Solutions is an owner operated family business. Craig and Karon Thompson work together in providing the Austin area with remodeling solutions. Craig is a Master Tile Setter who has been installing tile and providing remodeling solutions for over 30 years. He began his tiling career in California in the 70's and moved to central Texas in the mid 90's. Karon's focus is all the "behind the scenes" details that are inherent to any remodeling project. Together, Craig and Karon have built and remodeled 5 homes. They feel it's important to have gone through the process themselves before their experience and knowledge is of value to their clients.
