CXN Real Estate Services, LLC (CXN) was established in 2010 by experienced real estate due diligence veterans that want to offer personalized and exceptional senior level construction consulting, engineering, and environmental services for clients in their endeavor to develop, acquire, operate, or finance real estate.

CXN offers local and national expertise and the company’s experience and common sense value-added approach enables developers, owners, lenders, and asset managers to more effectively manage their assets by delivering a clear and accurate assessment of a project and quantifying and filtering secondary issues of importance.  The CXN approach is to deliver services that surpass clients’ expectations, identify pertinent issues for a client’s business decisions, and offer solutions that include the superior service that CXN is based on. 

CXN’s partners have over 30 years of engineering and commercial real estate experience and have completed over two thousand Property Condition Assessments, Construction Monitoring Services, Environmental Assessments and related work in the major U.S. commercial real estate markets with focus on metropolitan New York, the Midwest, and Southern California.  CXN is knowledgeable in local regulations, such as the intricacies of the City of New York Local Law requirements for real estate and how these regulations affect real estate due diligence for assets within the city.
