Darceys is a luxury home fragrance company based in Kilmarnock, manufacturing a wide range of scented products including award winning Soy Wax melts and Candles. The wax melts and candles are made from 100% soy wax which is chemical and toxin free, so there is no black soot residue when burning, just a fresh clean scent. The range is sold through a network of Direct Selling Representatives (Or Darcettes as they are more commonly known). The Darcettes are reponsible for building their own customer base and sell through a variety of methods including door to door, party plan and workplace displays. The company is owned by Jackie Dalziel - CEO and Founder. Jackie began making wax melts in her kitchen and selling on market stalls and directly to retails but knew that there was a better way of distributing and looked selling Direct. and Clare Brannen - Sales Director. Clare was an advanced Sales Leader for Avon, building and supporting a team of independent representatives. Clare met Jackie whilst recruiting for Avon and very quickly it was clear the the two could build an outstanding business using their combined knowledge and experience.
