Located on the border of Kent, London and Essex, Dartford is one of the most exciting and dynamic regions in the country. According to the most recent census data Dartford has experienced one of the fastest population growths in England in the previous 10 years and is a community that is rapidly diversifying too. Over recent years the Council has invested in a range of cultural and leisure facilities, not least the current programme of redesigning play spaces across the borough. The Council is also working with public and private sector partners to deliver a programme of streetscape and road improvements through Dartford Town Centre. All of this alongside being a council that consistently performs well in terms of service delivery for its residents.
