Gohn, PLS in 1971 and initially operated from his home in Mount Joy. Over the years, Dan saw fit to offer additional services to his growing list of clients in Lancaster County. The survey staff utilizes various types of survey technology and eqipment to produce accurate and complete boundary and topographic surveys. We provide construction layout for small to large projects. Our engineering and landscape architecture staff assists our clients in the planning, design and permitting process for their subdivision as well as land development projects. The plan review and approval process for subdivisions and land devlopments has become more complicated and confusing since the beginning of this company. Our professional staff guides our clients through the plan review and permitting process which now involes local, county, state and sometimes federal agencies in order to gain approval to begin construction.
