Deer Path Integrated Living, Inc. provides residential living and supportive services for adults with mental health and/or AODA diagnoses.  We work with a wide array of individuals living with mental illnesses, alcohol and drug issues, traumatic brain injuries, personality disorders, behavioral challenges, and dual diagnoses.

We do provide services for the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program and are accredited by the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA).
