We started DESIGN360unlimited to enable us to be our most creative and nimble, while drawing on the years of experience at the world’s largest design firm. D360 has worked on partial/full renovations and new build of 100 hotels, 10,000 guestrooms, 30 restaurants, 10 Spas in 7 different countries. We are different from many design firms in our ability to do large scale projects while operating as a highly creative design studio: for us creativity and originality is at the front of all of our concepts. We are also unusual in the fact that we don’t have a “signature” design style, but a “signature level of design”. Our projects vary widely in their original look and concepts of style, but all have a high level of quality and detail. One of our strengths is repositioning existing hotels. Our team has the license to create and design to an extent seldom seen in the larger design firms. We encourage our designers to think out of the box, and constantly challenge the status quo. Naturally, this approach attracts the most talented designers. Every designer on our team has traveled extensively, both professionally and personally. They visit an array of high end international hotels and bring this exposure to bear on our new design projects. We are well versed in high end caliber projects and clientele.
