An inspiring 10,000+ sf health & wellness space in The Mill at Walnut Street Station in Montclair, New Jersey. Personal Training  •  a team of eight exceptional Personal Trainers outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment from TechnoGym®, Kinesis®, Jacob’s Ladder, Schwinn® Cycling, and Concept2® Rowing.

Group Training  •  over fifty Group Training classes each week including indoor cycling, metabolic resistance training, barre, vinyasa yoga, interval circuit training, HIIT and TRX®.

D*BAR  •  a healthy spot to quench & fuel post-workout featuring fresh-pressed juice, superfood smoothies, and grab-n-go quick bites prepared fresh daily.
