Acquisition Opportunity Diamond B Construction Co, LLC was recently acquired by Rogers Group Inc., suggesting potential upsell and integration opportunities within a larger contractor network and cross-selling of asphalt and highway construction services.

DOT Focus As a DOT contractor with emphasis on highway construction and asphalt products, there is potential to position complementary transportation infrastructure services, maintenance contracts, and urban road projects that align with public sector pipelines.

Mid-Market Scale With 51-200 employees and revenue in the 50 to 100 million range, Diamond B targets mid-market public and private sector projects where bundled services and value engineering can drive larger project wins.

Tech Enablement Current tech stack includes WordPress, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Microsoft 365; opportunities exist to offer enterprise-grade construction management, CRM, data analytics, and digital marketing enhancements to improve project bidding and client engagement.

Expansion Footprint Recent acquisition activity by Rogers Group indicates growth momentum in Arkansas; sales focus can include geographic targeting for similar regional DOT projects, asphalt supply agreements, and transportation infrastructure opportunities in neighboring markets.
