Lynda Cole, manager of dms-service, first started in the Holter industry in 1972 in her father's business, Scole Engineering Co. Inc. soldering circuit boards. In these early days Scole Engineeing enabled the use of a disposable 9 v battery in Holter, developed the multi day Holter recorder and developed & designed the 3-channel Holter recorder. Through the years Lynda has looked to provide the best equipment to the doctors and facilities she has worked with. A pet peeve has been the inability to use a Holter recorder with any Holter system….why can’t it be like the old days when Scole Engineering manufactured recorders that worked with numerous Holter systems? And why can't the Holter recorder be more comfortable to wear? With her team, dms-service llc has come up with a solution to both issues....myPatch®. myPatch® is a small Holter recorder, weighing only 1/2 ounce, that is worn on the sternum or left side of the chest. It is rechargeable, the 3 channel has one lead wire that connects one electrode to another...the 2 channel has no lead wires! The myPatch ® interface utility software, an MDDS, creates the link between existing Holter software and the myPatch® Holter recorder. VOILA! In addition to selling Holter monitoring equipment, dms-service has been providing Holter Scanning Services to physicians throughout the United States. myPatch® Holter recorders are available for use in the service, providing patients and doctors with the latest Holter technology available. The service provides both same day Holter Scan Service and an overnight Federal Express Scan Service. In addition to the Holter Report we can provide a Signal Averaged ECG Report, ST Segment Monitoring Report, QT & QTc Report, Heart Rate Variability Report, and a Sleep Apnea Screening Report.
