Designed and implemented critical infrastructure cyber range for testing, evaluating ICS solutions, and training DoD and military academy personnel on critical infrastructure. 

Designed and selected staff, developed operating procedures, and selected tools or security operations center (SOC) to test cyber sensors deployed to networks, correlate threat data for pattern analysis, train military personnel, and accelerate decision action in support of threats to the defense industrial subscriber base.

Led test and evaluation of artificial intelligence solutions to determine efficacy and impact on mission and personnel. 

Creator of critical infrastructure cybersecurity conferences and related cyber exercises. 

Developed multiple cyber compliance and skills programs for US Government contracts. 

Staffed system engineers across major subcontracts for intelligence customers at Fr. Meade and in Virginia.
