Disasters, Strategies and Ideas Group, LLC was formed in May 2003 by three individuals with a combined forty nine years of experience in emergency management, planning, training, technical assistance and disaster preparedness and response. Disasters, Strategies and Ideas Group serves, or has served as emergency management consultants for several counties, municipalities and state agencies in Florida, including the Florida Governor’s Office, the Florida Department of Health, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Court System. Disasters, Strategies and Ideas Group believes that the training and exercise process is the foundation of the 21st Century Emergency Management. Our team uses their past experiences and current opportunities to incorporate all aspects of emergency response into our training, exercises and plans.
