E-MetroTel is a Unified Communication company providing a portfolio of communication products to Small and Medium businesses and Enterprise customers in the US, Canada and internationally. E-MetroTel has a unique way of integrating business phones in the office with our video, messaging and call processing software which is called InfinityOne.  E-MetroTel’s patented technology converts existing third party manufacturer’s business phones into Voice over IP (VoIP) and integrates them into E-MetroTel’s InfinityOne software which can run on most desktop and mobile devices. Our Infinityone software transforms the way people work by having one communications interface for everything and everyone. InfinityOne organizes communication into distinct threads (called channels); these channels not only can be used for text messages but to communicate with traditional and new business phones.  Video conferencing is also enabled within these same channels.

Founded in 2009, E-MetroTel includes many former Nortel and Avaya employees with deep technical knowledge of our enterprise products and service offerings. Our design and support teams are based in the United States and Canada, with a global distribution and reseller network that provides seamless implementation for our customers.
