Eastern Management and Consulting Co. provides onsite safety and project management for small to very large construction projects.  We can provide safety plan development, safety inspections/audits, site staffing, daily job plan development, safety trraining and emergency response plan development. When you can't be onsite, our experienced staff will be there to keep your project on track and running safely.
