In 2023, after more than four years of partnering in real estate development projects together, Harry Masterson, Jordan Mack of Concourse Development, and Vicente Rangel of Maquina, formalized the merger of their investment, operating, and development companies to form EMBER – a private real estate investment and development firm specializing in land acquisition and delivery of master planned communities, industrial, and select residential projects.
