By 2009, Paul and Danyl expanded Empowering Punch into a full-service fitness center dedicated to delivering "fitness done right." Our Mission To inspire and empower individuals to achieve sustainable, healthy lifestyles through boxing-based fitness, personalized training, and nutrition guidance.
