Engagement Strategies is a consulting company founded and lead by Fran Simon, M.Ed..  I work exclusively with businesses and nonprofit organizations that sell products and services within the early childhood education sector. My mission is to connect the early childhood sector with expertise and credible companies.

My clients come to me for subject matter expertise in early education and early education technology, as well as marketing and business development guidance. I work with clients on content development projects, comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, lead generation, inbound marketing, and market landscape research. I also specialize in coaching on product development in publishing and educational SaaS products that help early educators. 

Whether my clients need help with a specific project or need a long-term guide to early education, the end result is a best-in-class end product or substantial growth that includes a blueprint for the future. 

I am an author, webinar producer, coach, mentor, and speaker who often appears at conferences and online to present sessions and facilitate discussions about marketing, educational technology, and leadership. I was honored to be named as an Exceptional Master Leader in the Exchange Leadership Initiative.
