Engineered Controls & Integration (ECI) is a privately owned Electrical engineering firm located in Collierville, TN. The company produces, sells, implements and services a computer integrated testing and process control system primarily used by HVAC manufacturers to improve both their quality AND productivity during the manufacturing process on their assembly line. 

Customer specific software co...de is written in house by ECI engineers, engineering drawings are then generated for both the industrial enclosures and panels which house various I/O’s, solenoids, valves, etc., parts are ordered/purchased for the assembly of the workstations and then the test equipment is built and assembled by ECI fabricators. All workstations created and sold by ECI are intended for the manufacturing industry, specifically but not limited to the HVAC community. 

Owner of the Recently Patented Technology (Sept 27, 2011 # 8,027,745 -----) ECI with RealityPV is a Manufacturing Operating System that hosts RealityPV and runs on Windows PCs directed toward telling the work force What to do next, How to do it and When". This software, which is run on the PC’s controlling the individual work stations along the assembly line, is a work instruction hosting software that provides the ability to electronically deploy existing customers work instructions and/or ECI’s own generated 3D Animated Work Instructions shown-in RealityPV.

All the software for ECI along with the industrial enclosed work stations are developed, assembled, shipped to the various customers and remotely serviced at the facility in Collierville, TN.
