EPS Corporation is a mid-sized defense and space contractor based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, founded in 1983 as a Woman Owned Small Business. It provides a broad suite of technical services, including systems engineering and rapid prototyping, training, logistics and fielding, information technology, software and cyber security, and network and communications solutions for the Department of Defense, civilian agencies, and commercial clients worldwide. Its logistics offerings include New Equipment Training and Total Package Fielding, supported by certified instructors, and EPS has trained more than 400,000 military personnel and DoD civilians on C4I systems.

EPS also delivers mission-critical engineering and fielding work for voice, data and video networks, as well as inside and outside plant cabling, and designs systems that integrate peripheral security devices to provide secure, cost-effective solutions. The company relies on engineers and scientists with expertise spanning magnetics, physics, acoustics related to mine countermeasure sensors, and RF and communications engineering to support forward-deployed DoD links, provides engineering support to NSWC PCD, and holds the prime contract for Intelligent Sensing and Operational Support to adapt MCM sensors for locating UXO and other environmental hazards; in March 2026, a longtime executive named Garrison retired after 55 years with EPS.
