Equal Access International is a global nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC, with program work in Africa and Asia. It focuses on communications for social change, pairing media interventions with community mobilization to tailor outreach that addresses women’s and girls’ empowerment, youth life skills and livelihoods, human rights, health, countering violent extremism, and civic participation and governance. Working with local partners and donors, the organization aims to co-create lasting, locally driven impact.

It pursues an integrated approach to impact, recognizing that strengthening community resilience, transforming gender norms, expanding youth opportunity, and fostering accountable governance are interconnected aims. In September 2025, Blumont, Inc. announced it had acquired Equal Access International, marking a notable shift in the organization’s ownership.
