ESA Sitka provides open-source platforms, custom software products and data management services that improve our communities, economies, and ecologies. We help policy makers, program managers, and regulators focus on outcomes. Our Lean Design Build methodology – an iterative, client-centric engagement model – lowers administrative costs by streamlining workflows and leveraging investments in existing technologies. ESA Sitka provides a complete spectrum of database design, systems integration, GIS services, data analysis and visualizations. Working with clients from early-stage needs assessments through strategic planning, we help automate the manual tasks that often gate data-driven decision making. We have a proven track record of collaborating with our clients to deliver high quality solutions on time and on budget. ESA Sitka has a growing suite of software platforms that help organizations improve their data management practices and capabilities out of the gate: ProjectFirma, GeoOptix, TerraTrack, and Miradi Share. For most of our clients, we manage all the details for the applications we develop for them. This typically involves deploying infrastructure within our own private cloud and/or Microsoft Azure Commercial cloud deployments, adhering to the Federal Government's NIST 800-53 R4 security standards.
